How to brew it

Rinse the paper filter with hot water, then add of medium-fine coffee.
Pour just enough water to wet the grounds and let it bloom for 30 to 45 seconds.
Pour the rest slowly, in circles, until you reach . Aim to finish in about 3 minutes.

Want a concentrate instead? Slide toward 1:5, then mix 1 part cold brew with 1 part water or milk to serve.

Sour or thin? Grind finer. Bitter? Grind coarser or stop sooner.
