Return Policy

We’re committed to delivering your coffee promptly, but once it leaves our hands, shipping times can vary. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 14 days, and we’ll brew up a solution. Returns on opened coffee aren’t available due to the nature of the product, but we’ll always work with you to ensure satisfaction. Please reach out to us directly by sending us a message.
